Eligibility for Exchange or Return
• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.
However, if an earring is faulty, damaged, or if you have received a wrong item, we are happy to offer an exchange or return.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Timeframe to Request an Exchange or Return
• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their items to request an exchange or return.
How to Request an Exchange or Return

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for the exchange or return
• Photos of the item, if damaged or defective
Shipping Instructions
• Once your exchange or return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refund or Exchange Process
• Refunds (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Exchanges will be processed and shipped after the original item is returned and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings for hygiene reasons, unless if they are faulty or damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange.
